Our next LCM featured artist is an excellent singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Sunderland, Martin (Marty) Longstaff better know as The Lake Poets. Our LCM #TrackOfTheDay is a live version 'North View' from a recent Whisperingbobtv UTAT session in Harrogate. The video comes complete with an introduction by Bob. The song is taken from Marty's 2015 debut album 'The Lake Poets'. 

Inspired by artists such as Elvis Perkins, Carole King, Villagers, Feist, Van Morrison, Fionn Regan, John Martyn, Wilco, Damien Rice, Bright Eyes, and Neil Young, Martin’s output as The Lake Poets is as haunting as it is beautiful.
