Fred’s House are an award winning band based in Cambridge. Mixing elements of Folk, Blues, Country, Classic Rock and West Coast with a definite vintage feel to their music, echoing the 70’s but creating a fresh new sound that is very much part of now. Fronting the band is real-life couple and song-writing duo Griff Jameson and Vikki Gavin, who voices blend to create a beautiful and powerful sound, along with bassist Gafyn Jameson (Griff's brother) also singing a third part harmony, new band member keyboardist Ali Bunclark and completing the line-up is Paul Richards, aka 'The Happiest Drummer', playing percussion. Among their many influences are bands such as Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, and C.S.N.Y.

With over 400 gigs under their belt, the band are creating quite a stir on the live circuit and gaining a reputation for their stunning and energetic shows across the UK. Fred's House recently scooped two awards at the Annual NMG Awards 2013; 'Best Folk/Roots Band' and 'Audience Choice Award' as voted for by the public. Gaining a following wherever they go, their fans or 'Housemates', claim their music is addictive and come to show after show. It's easy to fall in love with their uplifting harmonies and infectious melodies. They released their much anticipated debut album Bonnie and Clyde in April 2014 to critical acclaim grabbing 4 and 5 star reviews across the board as well as emphatic press.

Festival appearences include the main stage at the Acoustic Festival of Britain, Cambridge Folk Festival and Bestival among many others. The band have been main support for the likes of Eddi Reader, The Wonderstuff, The Kast Off Kinks (with original Kinks drummer Mick Avory),  Lucy Rose, The Shires, Phil Beer (Show of Hands), Ward Thomas and many more. Fred's House have often had airplay on BBC 6Music, BBC Radio Wales, as well as having been invited to perform live for BBC Introducing and Radio 2 DJ Bob Harris' Under the Apple Tree sessions.

2015 sees the departure of lead guitarist Lachlan Golder who was with the band since the start in late 2010. Fred's House are currently recording their second full length studio album with producer Neil James Rodgers (Captain, Lonely the Brave) who produced their first album Bonnie & Clyde.

October 2016 sees Fred's House headline their first major London gig for us at St. Pancras Old Church.
