Leave - Stella Talpo
Our next LCM featured artist is London based singer-songwriter Stella Talpo. Now based in Brixton, Stella was born in Italy and raised in sunny Singapore. I love her beautiful fusion of super smooth Soul and R&B, with Stella's pure and chocolate velvet vocals really reminding me a young Beth Rowley. She had has a fantastic set yesterday with her band at the Paradise Live festival at The Omeara at London Bridge. Our LCM #TrackOfTheDay is a live version of 'Leave' taken from a Sofar session recorded in November last year.
Stella released her debut EP 'Space in June 2016 and has since been shortlisted for the Glastonbury emerging talent competition and has been featured in a Thomas Cook advert singing The Temptation's hit 'Get Ready'. Stella's latest single is the wonderful 'Girl' released in September. One to watch in 2018!
